Enjoy the Winbrary’s private room from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays. Our private room is great for small groups, up to 12 people, looking for a unique, casual meeting setting.

FAQs about Rentals
Yes! We love hosting book clubs and community gatherings.
Book clubs may:
- Rent the entire Winebrary space (up to ~70 guests) on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Reserve our private room Wednesday – Sunday (up to 12 guests) during regular business hours.
No, there is no rental fee for either option.
Instead, we require a minimum food and beverage purchase:
- Full Space Rental (Mon & Tues): $200 minimum
- Private Room (up to 12 guests): $100 minimum
The minimum is simply the total amount your group spends during your time with us.
For example:
- If your group spends $215 during a full-space rental, you’ve met the minimum.
- If your private room gathering spends $96, you would just need $4 more in purchases.
It’s that simple — no hidden fees, just shared enjoyment.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation, but you will only be charged if minimum purchase requirements are not met or in the case of a no-show.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. All food and wine must be purchased through Winebrary. We’ll happily provide wine and charcuterie boards for your group.
Standard reservations are for 2 hours. If you’d like additional time, just include that in your booking request.
All reservations are made through our website. Simply select your date, choose your space, and submit your request. We’ll follow up with confirmation and any details needed to make your gathering seamless. Availability is shown in real time when booking online.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Of course. Winebrary is a space for connection. We welcome:

- If it brings people together over books and wine, it belongs here.
At this time, we do not offer private wine education or guided tasting experiences as part of event rentals.
However, we host weekly wine education classes that are open to the public, and we would absolutely love for you and your group to join one together. You can view upcoming classes and reserve seats directly through our website.
